The personalities featured here are all from disadvantaged backgrounds and for the most, the products are their primary source of income, which needs to support a whole family. These individuals are self-taught and many have spent their entire lives honing their craft.

Products are available from the Baviaans Tourism offices in Steytlerville and Willowmore. 

In  2010 a unique Craft Market, built from organic material, will be opened in the Baviaanskloof where most of the crafts will be sold.
