With so many training programmes continuously taking place in the Baviaans, there was a great need to have a designated training centre in Willowmore. The Baviaans Municipality, PPC Cement and the Department of Minerals and Energy therefore came together to upgrade this building and turn it into a training venue. Here, women’s empowerment projects are run and craft training takes place among other things. Products made through these projects are sold at the building and from the Baviaans Tourism Office in Willowmore. Contact person: Lizette.
