The Gospal Clan has been in existence since 1964.  The original members include P Korkee, PR Plaatjies, K Jantjies and P Kees.  Although none of these original members are still alive, the legacy was carried on and the choir currently has nine members which are all from different religious denominations. They have already brought out three albums consisting of light music in English, Afrikaans, Sotho and Xhosa.
