Baviaanskloof Guest Cottages is 74 kilometres from Willowmore and 130 km from Patensie. It consists of two guest cottages which can sleep 11 and 7 persons respectively.

Langhuis:  A large cottage with a lounge two bedrooms, two bath rooms and has electricity.

                

  • Kitchen - has a stove, large fridge/freezer, microwave and other items such as a kettle and a toaster. It also has a fireplace to create a cosy atmosphere in winter.
  • Bedrooms - there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, single bed and bunk beds. The other room has a double bed and a single bed. There is also a double bed and a single bed in the lounge.
  • Bathrooms - There are two bathrooms the one has a bath, toilet and basin, The other has a shower toilet and basin.
  • The house is fully equipped with electricity.

                 

Ou Skooltjie:  A small cottage with an open plan configuration also with electricity.

                 

  • Kitchen area - The house is equipped with microwave, fridge, toaster, stove etc.
  • Bedroom - It has one bedroom fitted with with a double and a single bed. In the open plan lounge area there are another four single beds.

All bedding and towels are supplied.  Cutlery, crockery, braaigrid etc are supplied. Braai wood available at Bokloof - the neighbouring farm.

The housekeeper, Rose is on-site, will receive payment and will also service the houses for a fee. She can also braai delicious traditional roosterkoek for extra remuneration.

Activities : Activities include hiking, bird watching, bushmen paintings, 4x4 and 4x2 routes. Donkey cart rides can be arranged upon request.

                  

Tariffs :

  • R150 per person.
  • Children under 3 years R50.
  • Children between 3 to 12 years R90.
